Kale Chips

Kale Chips
Quite spicy, very cheesy and really yummy kale chips. Extremely more-ish!!

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups soaked (for at least 2 hours) cashews
  2. 1.5 red bell pepper
  3. 1 cup nutritional yeast
  4. 6 tbsp. olive oil
  5. juice from 1 lemon
  6. 2 tsp. thyme (fresh or dried)
  7. 3/4 cup water
  8. 4 tsp. salt
  9. 6 tsp. garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  11. 3 bunches of kale
Instructions
  1. Place all coating ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Wash and dry kale. Tear into good-­sized pieces.
  3. Pour sauce over kale and mix well.
  4. If using a dehydrator, spread kale out onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 125 degrees for 10­ - 12 hours (until thoroughly dry)
